ASSIGNMENTS
Assignments can be made through our website, email or fax. Your claim will be processed and handled promptly upon receipt.
Every attempt will be made to contact your insured within a 24 hour period. We will work with your insured to schedule an inspection within 72 hours.
REPORTING
Our standard reporting guidelines are first report within 7 days of receipt of the assignment and following reports every 25 days. We can also adjust to meet your individual needs.
ESTIMATING
We will supply you with a professional product using the industries most accurate estimating programs.
We offer full service property claims handling within our service area. With an average of over 10 years of experience in handling property claims, your claim will be handled professionally, timely and with excellent customer service.
If you need assistance with recreational vehicles, we can do that too. This includes but is not limited to: boats, pontoons, personal watercraft, ATV’s, mobile homes and travel trailers.
